The Doctor of Nursing program at Touro Nevada will prepare you to respond to the demands of the complex and expansive healthcare system. DNP Program Features

DNP Accreditation 

Touro University Nevada is fully accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) as a branch campus of the Touro University California school.

The Doctor of Nursing Practice program at Touro University Nevada is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).


Our DNP with a focus in Leadership has the option of an Accelerated track (1 year, full-time study) or a Standard track (2 year, part-time study) so you can approach your learning as you see best. Each course of study is led by our dedicated and committed faculty with their years of patient-centered teachings.


At the completion of this program, you will be able to demonstrate leadership in healthcare, collaborate with professionals to improve patient care and develop strategies in advanced areas of practice.

Admission Requirements

Requirements Overview

  • Hold a MSN degree from a program of nursing accredited regionally or nationally and by a nursing accreditor, including CCNE, NLNAC, CNEA, or ACEN
  • Be a licensed registered nurse
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA
  • Scholarly Project

Complete your Touro application today and submit a non-refundable application fee of $75.


You must submit all required information to the admissions department by the deadlines.

  • Fall cohort - September 26 (Start Date: October 2024)
  • Spring cohort - January 18 (Start Date: February 2024)
