Hello graduates!

Winter Commencement is less than 2 months away, and we wanted to provide you with some updated information on the COVID19 vaccination requirements set forth by the venue.  The Smith Center has implemented a vaccination requirement for anyone entering their facility including all faculty, staff, students, and guests.  The physical vaccination card must be presented to the Smith Center staff member upon entry to any of the buildings on the property, including Reynolds Hall, the location of the ceremony.  The Smith Center is not using any mobile applications at this time.   

Currently, the only exceptions are:

For those who are not able to be vaccinated for one of the reasons listed above, they must provide proof of one of the following instead of evidence of vaccination:

Entry will be denied for those who do not provide the documentation as required above.  Masks will be required at all times, regardless of vaccination status.  Additional information provided by the venue can be found at:

Touro holds a winter and spring commencement ceremony each year. There are a number of responsibilities and requirements, from applying for graduation to ordering your cap and gown, that need to be completed to ensure this final step is as seamless as possible.

2021 Winter Commecnement Ceremony - We will celebrate the graduates from the School of Education, School of Nursing and School of Physician Assistant Studies on Tuesday, November 2nd at 2pm at the Smith Center for the Performing Arts.
