Community Engagement

We are committed to growing with the Southern Nevada community. The Office of Advancement makes connections to promote the university and discover new ways to use our expertise to help the community prosper. 

Gifts

We are thankful for our generous donors. We manage gifts, secure support, and identify new opportunities to support our students and bring projects to life at Touro Nevada. 

Alumni/ae Relations

Commencement isn't a closing chapter at Touro Nevada. We cultivate a strong relationship with our alumni/ae to grow the Touro Nevada family. 

Marketing & Public Relations

We promote our story outside of the university. The Office of Advancement is the primary contact for individuals, local businesses, and municipalities. If your company or organization needs a speaker or representative from Touro Nevada, the Office of Advancement can help facilitate. We work with the media and press organizations to promote events, respond to interviews, and offer expertise within our fields.

Special Events 

Our office plans and executes special events for our alumni/ae, the community, our donors and students. Our Touro Nevada events raise awareness, fundraise, and help our students grow outside of the classroom. Events include our annual Scholarship Luncheon, Alumni/ae Reunion and Awards, Touro Gala and Silent Auction, Building Blocks, and more. 

Special Events

Touro Gala

Touro University Nevada's annual Gala helps raise funds to enhance the educational experience for its medical and healthcare students. This spectacular includes live and silent auctions, a raffle, community partner and donor recognitions, awards, speeches from scholarship recipient, a cocktail hour, dinner, and live entertainment. 

Light It Up

Touro University Nevada celebrates Autism Acceptance Month with the annual Light It Up party inside the Linq. Families from the Sharon Sigesmund Pierce and Stephen Pierce Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities ride The High Roller and celebrate with face painting, balloon animals, healthy snacks, and more and gather outside for a group photo in front of The High Roller as it turns blue.

Scholarship Luncheon

Touro University Nevada scholarship recipients enjoy meeting and expressing gratitude to the donors who contributed to scholarships during an annual luncheon.
