Start Biography

Dr. Skyba is a professor in the Department of Basic Sciences. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Iowa. He also has a background in manual medicine and rehabilitation with a degree in chiropractic from Palmer College in Iowa.

Dr. Skyba currently directs the medical neuroscience course for osteopathic medical students at Touro University Nevada. He is a contributor for neuroscience and gross anatomy courses in the College of Medicine and the College of Health and Human Services.
