Dr. Amanda Petty is an assistant professor in the School of Physical Therapy. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Brandeis University in 2008. She then graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Colorado Denver in 2011. Amanda worked as a physical therapist in a variety of clinical settings, specializing in treating patients with neurological conditions before transitioning to academia in 2021. She is a board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist, an APTA-certified clinical instructor, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment certified.
