First of all, these kids that are graduating today are the doctors of the future.

We invest a lot of time to try to prepare students. It's over a decade of training effectively. This is certainly not the end of your career. You certainly are going to make a huge impact, an outstanding impact in patients' lives.

Match day being such a huge milestone for me, it just represents everything we've worked hard for, me and my classmates. So I'm excited to be a part of it and getting to treat patients and making sure we build our community very healthy.

Because there were so many times I wanted to give up and I'm so glad I didn't. This has been my dream since I was a little girl.

Today is a day of hope for Nevada. This is a day their path becomes clear. Match day reminds us nobody gets here alone. We're helping create compassionate, caring physicians that are going to serve their community and make Nevada stronger.

It is not just a dream for me. It's a dream for them, too-- my family, my husband, my parents. They were not just faculty members, but they were also advisors and mentors.

Being in emergency medicine physician, I get to help the sickest of the sick. It's to be compassionate. It's to be a human being first.

Wow, I get to be part of something that I get to do for the rest of my life, and I get to see more and do more.

You're hoping. You're praying. You can't sleep the night before.

It's just joy, pure joy.

Knowing that 72 of our students are going to stay here is deeply meaningful as somebody who's been in Nevada for a long time.

It's a dream come true.
