Start Biography

Jessica Grimm, DNP, APRN, ACNP-BC, comes to Touro University Nevada from Utah, where she received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Utah. She previously studied at Brigham Young University-Idaho where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is originally from Arizona, where she first studied nursing and received an Associates in Pre-nursing from Eastern Arizona College and an Associates of Applied Science in Nursing from Mesa-Boswell Community College.

Before coming to Touro, Jessica worked as an Emergency Department nurse, a hospice nurse, and a Shock-Trauma Intensive Care nurse. She enjoys participating in research in both academic and clinical settings. In addition to her faculty role at Touro University Nevada, she currently practices as a nurse practitioner in ER and ICU settings in the Las Vegas Valley.
