Andrea Hill, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
I have been a nurse for over 14 years, 6.5 of those years I have been an FNP. My specialty is women's health. Women's health drew me in because I believe women are the heart of the family, and women tend to put themselves on the back burner to take care of their family, and when they finally seek care, they deserve someone who has a passion for taking care of women.
In my many years of schooling, I had the pleasure of interacting with incredible educators who became role models for me, as well as interacting with educators who made me aware of methods I would avoid with future students. I always knew I wanted to get into education. I loved being a preceptor and sharing my knowledge and experience with my students. I now get to share my knowledge, experience, and my passion with more students.
In my free time, I love to spend time with my family and quilt. It gives me a chance to be creative and exercise my right brain.
