Shantara "Tara" Howell, M.A.

Shantara Belnavis is a native of Long Beach, California. She received her B.S. in Psychology at Tuskegee University and her M.A. in Forensic Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She conducted individual and group therapy in inpatient psychiatric hospitals and provided restoration services for Competency to Stand Trial. Shantara is a proponent of community intervention and outreach. In her spare time, Shantara enjoys singing, writing, watching television, relaxing at the park, and spending time with her family.
