Tammy Plutz, M.Ed., PHR, SHRM-CP
Tammy Plutz has over 16 years of experience in Human Resource Leadership in both For-Profit and Not-For-Profit organizations. Tammy's professional experiences include executive level leadership, strategic program management, training/employee development, talent acquisition and retention, organizational development and employee relations.
Tammy is a Veteran having served for eight years. She enjoys fitness and training, walks with her King Charles Cavalier and spending time with her daughter in Chicago.
Tammy has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Western Illinois University, Macomb, Illinois and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, Illinois.
Tammy is dually certified in Human Resources from HRCI holding a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP) from the Society of Human Resource Professionals.
