Start Biography

Megan is the Research and Instruction Librarian. She moved to the Las Vegas area from Brooklyn, New York where she was an Assistant Metadata Librarian for Digital Resources at the Frick Art Reference Library. She will be developing instructional materials, research guides, web tutorials, videos, and other support services to educate and promote the efforts of the Jay Sexter Library. She is excited to collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to support campus research, teaching, and learning. Megan is the library liaison for the College of Osteopathic Medicine, Physician Assistant Studies, and the Master of Science in Medical Health Sciences programs. In addition to an interest in health sciences librarianship, she spends her free time exploring ways to be more environmentally sustainable, hiking, and learning more about arts and culture in the Vegas area.
