Tanya brings over a decade of experience in higher education, research, and facilitating active learning. She earned her Master of Science in Geography, Urban and Environmental Studies, and Bachelor of Science in Honors Environmental Science from Concordia University in Montreal, graduating with top academic honors.

Her professional background includes work as a Training Specialist, Project Manager, and Coordinator of Test and Exam Accommodations, where she provided individualized academic support to diverse learners. Tanya is passionate about Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and developing data-driven strategies that enhance student engagement and success.
