Voter Registration Form
All counties now offer online registration but if you prefer to register using the Fillable Voter Registration Form, follow these three simple steps:

  • Complete and print the Voter Registration Form
  • Fill out the form legibly and don’t forget to sign it.
  • Mail (or deliver in person) the form to the county clerk or registrar of voters in your county.

You can mail your registration to the Secretary of State Elections Division listed below, but to avoid delays, you are advised to return your completed registration directly to your local county election official.

To meet registration deadlines, especially during the two weeks before the close of the mail in registration deadline, return completed applications to your respective County Clerk/ Registrar of Voters. Online voter registration is now available for residents of all Nevada counties. Eligible voters can register to vote and update their voter registration information online, including change of address and party affiliation. A Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) issued Driver’s License or ID is required.

You may register to vote at any NV Department of Motor Vehicles office, at your county clerk or registrar of voters’ office, at various social service agencies, and on college campuses.

If you’ve moved, changed your name, want to change party affiliation, or otherwise have to update your voter registration status, you must submit another voter application form. Update your voter registration status online.
