Before stepping into the role of Director of Alumni Engagement, Lance served as the Director of Wound Care at Centennial Hills Hospital. In this position, he led a dedicated medical team to deliver exceptional patient care while overseeing critical operations of the clinic. His leadership not only improved patient outcomes but also established new standards of excellence within wound care.

In addition to his healthcare experience, Lance has held various positions in business development, marketing, and hospital partnerships. These roles allowed him to build and nurture key relationships, develop strategic initiatives, and drive growth across different sectors. His ability to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and business acumen has been instrumental in creating successful collaborations that benefit organizations and the community he serves.

As the Director of Alumni Engagement and Partnerships, Lance is excited to leverage his diverse skill set to strengthen the bonds within the alumni community, foster meaningful connections, and contribute to the ongoing success of Touro University Nevada.
