Dana Shepherd, PA-C
Dana was born in Quebec and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. After graduating high school, she attended Brigham Young University Idaho in Rexburg, and University of Utah in Salt Lake City. She met her husband Mike while attending university, and they married and moved to Henderson.
After raising 2 amazing children, son Zack and daughter Maddy, Dana was excited to fulfill a life-long goal of completing her education. She graduated in 2015 from Brigham Young University Idaho with a Bachelor of Health Science with a Public Health emphasis. She was then accepted to Touro University Nevada, and graduated in 2019 with a Master in Physician Assistant Studies.
In her free time Dana enjoys running, playing the piano, home renovation, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys helping her community and has enjoyed many volunteer opportunities including working in church and community service groups, and serving as PTA president. Her favorite volunteer experience was dancing in the Opening Ceremonies of the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympic Games - a truly unforgettable experience!
