Start Biography

Gretchen E. Haase, PT, DPT, CSCS, is an Associate Professor and Director of Clinical Education at Touro University Nevada in the School of Physical Therapy. Dr. Haase earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Manhattan College and completed both her Master's and Doctorate in Physical Therapy degrees from MCP Hahnemann University. She began her career in New York working in the outpatient orthopedic setting. She served as a site coordinator of clinical education (SCCE) and clinical instructor (CI) during her time in clinical practice. 

Dr. Haase is an APTA Advanced Credentialed Clinical Instructor and an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Dr. Haase belongs to a number of professional organizations, including the Nevada Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the APTA’s Academy of Education, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Dr. Haase is currently working towards her Doctorate of Education degree at Rockhurst University with a concentration in Higher Education Leadership.
