Start Biography

 After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Jessica began her healthcare career as an EMT in early 2022. While advancing her skills through an AEMT course later that year, she was introduced to the specialized field of healthcare simulation by her AEMT instructor, Casey Maurice. This encounter led Jessica to Touro University, where she joined the simulation team as a Standardized Patient.

Driven by a passion for clinical excellence and education, Jessica furthered her EMS career and became a paramedic for a high-volume 911 service. She expanded her expertise by earning her EMS Instructor II endorsement and AHA BLS Instructor certification. Throughout her clinical advancement, Jessica remained a dedicated member of the Touro simulation team, ultimately transitioning into a full-time role as a Simulation Operations Technician in November 2025.
