Commemorating Employees’ Milestone Achievements

Touro University Nevada Celebrates Employees for 5, 10, 15, and 20 Years of Service During Employee Appreciation Week

Touro University Nevada honored 29 employees who have a quinquennial anniversary achievement. Individuals were recognized during a special luncheon event taking place during the annual employee appreciation week sponsored by the human resources department.

“It is an honor to recognize those who have reached a milestone anniversary and pay tribute to their dedication to the University,” said Dr. Patricia Salkin, Provost & Chief Academic Officer. “Not only am I proud of their contributions but it is a privilege to work together to educate our students and contribute to our community’s healthcare success.”

Touro Nevada employees nearly 400 faculty and staff that serves over 1,600 students.

“Touro Nevada recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, which is a relatively short history in academia, yet one that reflects the remarkable commitment of those who believe in our mission to strengthen the healthcare workforce,” added Dr. Salkin.
