Dr. Tracey Johnson-Glover has been a nurse for 17 years and has worked primarily in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Mental Health, and Community Health. She has six years of teaching in clinical settings, in person and online. Dr. Johnson-Glover completed her DNP with a focus in Transcultural Nursing at Duquesne University in Pittsburg. With special training in transcultural care and effective communication with the LGBTQIA+ community, she will have the opportunity to share with students and increase cultural sensitivity in healthcare and assist in nursing research projects. Dr. Johnson-Glover’s mission is to ensure everyone receives equitable care and to plan, educate and execute evidence-based research into practice, as demonstrated by her research projects in pharmacogenomics and Hereditary ATTR amyloidosis.
