Tina Chao

Start Biography

Tina graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Biology and earned her MPAS at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX in 2008. She has since worked primarily in ER, urgent care, and occupational medicine. She has led student teams as adjunct faculty with UTMB's Frontera de Salud program in a service-based learning project working with the medically underserved colonia communities on the Texas-Mexican border. She has travelled domestically and worked in a variety of settings including urban and rural areas in Texas, Oklahoma, Oregon, California, Arizona, and here in Nevada. Her love of rock climbing and travel brought her to Las Vegas. She is excited to become a part of the Touro PA faculty.
