Start Biography

Dr. Rebecca Edgeworth is originally from Las Vegas, NV. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of South Florida, and attended medical school at the University of South Florida, College of Medicine. She came back to Las Vegas for internal medicine residency training at University Medical Center through University of Nevada School of Medicine. Dr. Edgeworth previously worked as medical director at Volunteers in Medicine of Southern Nevada since 2012, where she worked with staff and volunteers caring for low income uninsured patients. In addition to acting as medical director, she worked as a PCP seeing patients as well as precepting family practice and internal medicine residents from several local programs. As an adjunct professor for Touro since 2013, Dr. Edgeworth has precepted many PA students. Dr. Edgeworth came to Touro as faculty in 2019 and continues to be involved in community outreach for underserved populations.
