Manuel Diaz
Manuel Diaz is a registered behavior technician (RBT) at the Pierce Autism Center. His lifelong passion has been to assist others in need and give back to the community. His initial exposure to ABA therapy came through a family member, as his younger brother has autism. Witnessing firsthand how ABA therapy positively impacted his brother's life—and seeing the profound effects it had on his daily experiences—became a powerful motivator for him.
This personal connection inspired his decision to pursue this position, with the goal of offering the same transformative support to others. He has found it to be an incredibly rewarding experience to work with such a wonderful community, where he has had the privilege of witnessing the unique strengths in every individual he encounters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as listening to and playing music.
