Kraig Lee
Kraig has extensive experience in the IT field. He has worked with software and hardware, can trouble shoot complex computer issues. He is well versed in customer support and technical support. He strives to support users at their level of understanding to have a winning experience with the end users.
He started his IT career in Reno, NV where he graduated from Career College of Northern Nevada obtaining AOS/AA degree in Electronics Technology. He was trained to be well versed in a vast array of computer software and hardware to support in different business environments. He then became an Assistant Technology Manager at Las Vegas first Charter School, followed by being a CCSD sight based technician, now joining us here at Touro as an IT support technician. He chose Touro Nevada to support faculty and staff in the education department.
