Alexandra is a Henderson native and worked in sleep medicine for 10 years where she was a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist. She worked at the VA Southern Nevada Health Administration in North Las Vegas Nevada in the pulmonary clinic before deciding to return to school at Nevada State College to obtain a BS degree in Biology. There she conducted research on the fungus that causes valley fever, Coccidioides, and was the lab technician for the biology and chemistry labs.
