Your Koru team is bringing you summer Koru classes! Class size is limited to ensure each student gets the personal time they need to learn mindfulness and meditation skills. No prior experience is needed, only a desire to learn about mindfulness and manage stress. Registration for each class is limited to 10 participants and is now open to students, staff, and faculty.

These classes will be offered via Zoom, and we are asking that you participate in the learning and discussion portions with your cameras on. The course is one day a week for four weeks for 75 minutes per class. To get the most out of the class for yourself and your classmates, we also ask that you commit to attending all four sessions. If you are not able to attend all four sessions, please wait for the next round, and leave the seat open for someone who can.
We will be providing you with the Koru app to compliment the class. We ask that you purchase a book, The Mindful Twenty-Something by Holly Rogers (one choice on Amazon: https://amzn.to/2WQBVjY).
