Emergency Medicine Speaker

Come listen to Michael Allswede, DO speak to the Exploring Medicine Club! Dr. Allswede did a residency in Emergency Medicine, then a fellowship in Critical Care. Dr. Allswede is the current program director for the Emergency Medicine Residency at Mountain View/Sunrise Hospital!

Exploring Medicine is a club on campus designed for students who are unsure of which field or specialty they want to pursue after their medical education. Speakers will bring insight into their specialties and could help you decide which elective rotations you may be interested in! Guest speakers talk about work-life balance, weekly schedule, which personalities fit well into their field, what they did to get there and what the future of the field looks like!
