EMDR and CBT Therapy
CBT is a form of therapy that involves you discussing your problems and any emotions you may be experiencing. EMDR, which stands for eye movement desensitization reprocessing, does not heavily emphasize verbalizing feelings. Both aim to change negative mindsets and beliefs into positive ones but take very different approaches. Join us and learn the differences.
Workshop provided by Student Counseling Services and the Student Osteopathic Medical Association.
