Clinical Skills Event: SOAP Note Writing Practice

Dr. Hedger will be hosting the session and provide a sample case as we work on SOAP note writing (important clinical skill). He will go over what is expected, how he, as a National Faculty Member of NBOME SOAP grader scores the notes, and advice he has for students in order to be successful at completing notes.
