Stepping On is intended for older adults who live in a home or apartment, are independently mobile and cognitively intact, but have a fear of falling. This program starts on Monday, April 24 at 1:30 pm with a two-hour session and continues weekly through June 12.
Learn skills to reduce fall risks and tips to increase strength, balance and vision. It is important to attend all seven weeks to get the full benefits of the program.
