Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and educated in Oklahoma, Dr. Simms spent 10 years as a General Practice [Primary Care] Physician; three years in rural America and seven years in Detroit. He subsequently went into a Pathology Residency, Pathology Fellowship and practiced as a Forensic Pathologist in Las Vegas, Nevada.
