Start Biography

I help people work through stuff, big stuff and little stuff, so they can live their healthiest and happiest lives. I provide space for people, a safe, confidential, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, where they own their challenges and discover their strengths. Together my clients and I identify goals, create a plan, experiment with new ways of thinking and acting, and develop effective tools to get them where they want to be. I've been doing this with people of all ages, and in a variety of setting, for 20 years, but my passion is serving students in the university setting. I love the energy, the diversity, and the community atmosphere.

It is a privilege to walk with another person as they navigate a section of their journey. Life is fascinating, and my wish for each of us is that we never stop learning about ourselves, others, the world, and the things that fill our souls.
