Student Conduct Code and Incident Report
As members of an academic community, we all share responsibility for the quality of the community and the well-being of its members. For that reason, TUN has established rights and responsibilities that govern our actions with one another, and students are responsible for knowing and understanding both their rights and responsibilities. Students are expected to uphold the legal, moral, and ethical standards expected of professionals in their field and to display professional behavior that is consistent with these standards.
The Student Conduct Code, which governs the university’s expectations for individual students and student organizations, outlines student responsibilities, student rights, and established procedures that will be used when the university’s standards of conduct are violated.
The Student Conduct Code can be found in Appendix C of the University Catalog.

- behaviors that may be a violation of the Student Conduct Code
- positive or concerning professionalism behaviors
- concerning change in student behavior
The second bullet above notes both positive and concerning professionalism behaviors, so that we can not only address concerning student behaviors, but also recognize when our students exhibit exemplary professionalism.
