This CME activity is designed for physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners to recognize new Nevada legislative mandates and the ethical considerations they may present. Following the activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify at least one new mandate compelling ethical considerations
- List two new statutes governing prescribing
- Assess changes from expansions in healthcare providers scope of practice and its potential for ethical challenges
