Touro University Nevada Center for Autism & Developmental Disabilities Honors Generous Donors with a Room-Naming Ceremony
The ceremony honored Caesars Foundation, Barrick, Zappos for Good, and Tracy and Robert Eglet for their continued support of the Center.
The Class of 2018 that graduated in November received a 100% first-time pass rate on the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE), the only time any Touro class accomplished that task on the initial attempt, according to School of Physician Assistant Studies Program Director Dr. Phil Tobin.
From current students to prospective students, the university is working to ensure that Touro’s student body is reflective of the populations they will serve after graduation.
With generous donations totaling nearly $6 million, the Engelstad Foundation continues to invest in Touro University Nevada’s long-term success.

More than 100 people, including donors, students, board members, faculty, and staff attended the luncheon. During the event, the Clark County Medical Society (CCMS) presented a generous $13,000 check to continue its ongoing support for student scholarships.
