This high-yield session reviews how to recognize, diagnose, and stage Parkinson’s disease; the full motor and non-motor spectrum; and current, evidence-based management—from levodopa optimization and MAO-B/COMT extenders to deep brain stimulation, focused ultrasound, and team-based care. We’ll also highlight 2025 updates in biomarkers (including α-syn seeding assays), genetics-informed risk and trials, digital monitoring, and realistic prospects for disease modification.
